Do you remove the offal?
Yes, we can take offal away on request (additional charges apply)
How long do you hang the beef for?
7-10 Days (extra hang time available with additional chiller fees)
Can I bring wild game in with the skin still on?
Yes, absolutely
How can I pay for my finished product?
Payments need to be made before collection via Online banking, or Paywave onsite (no eftpos sorry)
How much will it cost?
As we charge on weight it isn't possible for us to give quotes, please request price lists as a guide.
How safe is your gluten free product?
We pride ourselves on Gluten-Free products, we have dedicated gluten free machinery so there is minimal chance of cross contamination, all product ingredient lists are available upon request.
